Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take 1 - 3 business days (Monday – Friday). All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping cost is calculated on a “per order,” “per item,” or “per pound” basis and is based on the shipping method you select. We sometimes offer free shipping on specific shipping options in select categories or free shipping sitewide.

Shipping Delivery:

Orders placed Monday - Friday by 8am - 2pm PST will usually be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 2pm PST will be processed and fulfilled for shipment next business day. Delivery is only available on select products for customer orders within the 48 contiguous United States. All orders must have a valid address (no PO Boxes).

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@5wauto.com with your name and order number and we will investigate it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@5wauto.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
